Ngozi Opara Sea is a former Financial Analyst turned Beauty Entrepreneur and Product-based Business Strategist based in Washington, DC. She owns and operates her brand incubator, N-ZO beauty, which houses innovation, beauty, and lifestyle digital native brands such as her premier brand, Heat Free Hair. She started Heat Free Hair in 2012 after noticing a gap in both the natural hair care and virgin hair extension markets. It became the first brand to offer premium human hair extensions exclusively for natural hair textures. She eventually went on to live in the Shandong Province of Eastern China to study hair manufacturing, and open up her own factory. Today, Ngozi spends her time as a wife to her loving husband and mom to her two-year-old son and runs her company while also coaching other e-commerce entrepreneurs.
